Handmade Jewelry for Fun and Good

I make jewelry for fun in my spare time, and my goal is to leverage my hobby to do good in the world as well. To that end, all profits from sales are donated to combat issues that I feel strongly about: inequality, racism, sexism, homophobia/transphobia, and climate change.

Planned Parenthood

Planned Parenthood is an important organization that provides health services to both men and women. As a person who has been lucky enough to be able to take control of her reproductive choices, I believe strongly that all humans should have the same opportunities.

The Trevor Project

The Trevor Project works to provide resources to LGBTQ youth. All people deserve love, validation, and respect, and this organization is doing important work to further those goals and protect our youth.

Southern Poverty Law Center

From their website, “The SPLC is a catalyst for racial justice in the South and beyond, working in partnership with communities to dismantle white supremacy, strengthen intersectional movements, and advance the human rights of all people.” Inequality and racism are issues we should all care about, so my hobby supports this organization’s efforts.

Sunrise Movement

Climate change is the most existential crisis humanity has ever faced, but together we can create a healthy future for our world and good-paying jobs in the process.
